  1. Upon enrollment, trainees are eligible for a full refund of their training fees within two (2) days from the date of registration.
  2. To request a refund within the eligibility period, trainees must submit a written request via email or in-person to the training coordinator.
  3. After the two-day refund eligibility period, all training fees are non-refundable.
  4. In the event that the training program is canceled or rescheduled by Xtechgen, alternative arrangements will be offered. Eligible trainees may also choose to receive a refund if desired.
  5. Upon course completion, candidates will receive the certificate upon successful assessment results.
